On my mac the built contained by isight is blocked. When I try it surrounded by iMovie it say nil is attatched..?

blocked? I think more than potential the driver is malfunctioning or the camera itself is broken. You can try to use your Mac software discs to reinstall the driver for you. If this still does not work take it to an authorized repair center. You might enjoy to get a replacement monitor (because the isight is built-in).
