i dont know what kindly of brand of pc ur looking for but best buy have pretty cheap laptops lowest ive seen them be around 300 but thats depending on what ur going to use the pc for games u should check within on pcs with complex speeds mega bytes and etc. but my geuss is that u go to best buy.. ive gotten a laptop from wal-mart pretty cheap but after again what i was gunna obtain it for didnt have a ample space on it like for downloading music games and what intertwine on it if u want me to offer a brand describe i would sugest dell ive had my dell laptop for a in the region of a yr now and hasnt slowed down at adjectives...dosent freeze or anything but it just depends on what ur going to use it for and what brand
considerable factors to consider

1. of incentive money
2. processor speed and type
3. memory
4. VGA card type and VGA memory if u want better graphic
5. Hard Disk
4. immensity and size. I think u don't want to transport like the computer that have same size and weight of ur desktop
5. grand piano, i think it is essential as u have to use the baby grand for next 2-3 years
6. tablet workstation or not.
7. brand (Dell, HP, Compaq, IBM, Ausus,Fujitsu,Acer)
( I'm not Toshiba fan. I expect it is expensive and not better. But it is better than Acer but in residence of money Acer is cheaper.)
online shop
just jump to their web site for detail
You should purchase a Toshiba Satellite M65-S9092.
Dells are enormously popular they can be purchased from Dell or ordered from a Mall kiosk. HP and Toshiba are sold through the big electronic outlets and you can sometimes get other as well as doing hand on comparisons. For basic home use you can choose any a mainline 15.4 inch or desk replacement 17 inch screen. Top CPU is Intel Core 2 Duo, you want 2GBs of RAM, a HD of at most minuscule 80GBs, a bright screen, and a dyed-in-the-wool graphic card for games and graphics.
The parameter are :-
1) Memory space, 2) speed, 3) latest technology, 4) after sale service, 5) market brand effectiveness, 6) other consumers' experiences on the same brand, 7) portability and size, 8) price, etc.

The popular brands are Apple MacBook, HP Pavillion, Toshiba, Sony VAIO etc.

Buying offline would be better. But still if you insist on buying online and try to be 'cost effective', later you can have it at the following intermingle with the purchase of a free pod. The link is :-
