I've hear about these nouns cards that let you progress online where ever you are. Well, I am going on time off soon and the place i'm staying at doesn't have internet. So is at hand anyway that I can just use an nouns card for that week instead of signing this 2 year contract thing? Like what is the company that will tolerate me use it for just that week? Thanks

If you are referring to wireless Internet, most cities own cafes, libraries and other places near wi-fi hot spots. In most cases they are pay-as-you-go, if not free. Even lacking a laptop you can go to a library and use their computers to access the Internet.
I dont regard as there are any pay-as-you-go Air Cards close to there are cell phones.
