Answer:
try dell
you can have mine for 300 its just 4 month old
This looks approaching a pretty decent traffic to me. Try checking out http://www.dealcatcher.com and see if you can find another laptop on there near similar features.

Acer and Dell are known for their cheap products, but they're not great and don't end long. They also don't have great support.
Dell are doing fantastic deal at the moment.

Starting from lb329 including VAT and shipping (a pretty decent spec too!).

If I be buying a laptop now, I wouldn't move about anywhere else...
pcworld
I phoned dell when I needed a desktop computer for the first time

- you can get their number from the website by googling the moniker dell uk or usa or depending on your country.

I was competent to speak to a person on the phone and articulate what I needed the computer to do, get a few suggstions and next say what my price reduce was.
You can also do something similar on the website, but I still found too much exact jargon for me to create sense of it all.

I give attention to at pc world they do a similar point in store but not sure how they work within regards to commission and stuff. I know near dell all the computers are built from cut into to your definitions which make it easier to get a suitable computer as refute to paying for one with a well brought-up name but not frequent applications you have any us for.
mmmmmmm..nice..go4it..;)
Try Dell
www.dell.com! they hold pretty good deal even for refurbished ...or gateway.com

i would pick up my money and buy a 1000 or 1200 computer... i have my hp i bought it finishing year for 1300 and is still the top line and is be 1 year!! and usually after 2 or 3 months u can throw it away lol! is considered old!! i even have vista update 4 free!! anyways. let me know
Try Dell
I bought a toshiba satellite 1100 next to centrino duo 5 days ago at future shop for 599.00. I am totally diggin it.
Please slight all of the above population who live in Ireland and work for Dell. My sister buys Dell for the significant company she works for for one thing with the sole purpose, they are cheap. Their support is crap too.

The Acer's a good spec for the money although you could bring back a dual core processor from currys for the same money, smaller eyeshade though.

Check out www.ebuyer.co.uk they are a great site and will deliver next sunshine.

I can definately recommend acer. We got two surrounded by our house and looking for a third for my daughter. Very impressed with both models. Please remember that most computer problems are cause by the user AND not beacause there is a quirk with the hardware. What ever you buy please ensure the first entry you do is run a set of master dvd's off so you can recvover your operating system if you capture a problem later on. Can't believe adjectives the idiots out there who don't do this afterwards ask on here 'How can I re-install windows'

Good luck with anything you buy

Very happy Acer owner
