You could try resetting your BIOS by pressing F1, F2 or DEL knob as it's booting. See if there's a reset to original test in the BIOS setup. You coulkd try replacing the CMOS battery-operated on your motherboard. That would insure good BIOS power source and would also reset the BIOS to factory artistic settings. hmm. sounds resembling a BAD virus. Ive had this problem previously. Since you say you cant return with xp to install I dont know what to reccomend.

Try this. Write zeros to your firm drive then try to reinstall window on it. DO NOT try to repair. just do a complete re format and adjectives.

For more info on writing zeros budge here.. http://members.cox.net/millapp/write_zer...
it sounds like to me that you hold reseived a very discouraging virus on your computer and has messed up your operation system and heres what you inevitability to do in this satchel you need a boot up disk and a 2007 virus protection disk that will prevent this from happenning again.anyways within is another disk out there too call a bio.s boot up disk that will boot up the computer from the disk and then you will be capable of run the computer normal and if that doesnt work consequently you might want to take it to a computer shop and they can reinstall xp or what ever program you are running and it shouldnt cost adjectives that much as we olny charge $78.00 to do this and restore the computer to its normal running mode so try this and i bet you will be pleased beside the out come ok thank you and god bless.....
