Should I hang around until October to buy a up to date Mac?

I'm something like to buy a new Mac, my first one indeed, but I'm not sure if I should keep on for the release of the new Mac OS X Leopard hoping foreign or better Macs come out with it. What do you suggest?

Answer:
If you can dally, then do. I don't know if at hand will be another version of the Mac coming out, but you'll hide away $120 on the upgrade to Leopard.

Three months is a ways off though, and for me, I'd spring on it and pay the piper subsequent.
