My laptop upright,mouse and touchpad don't work?

window starts but completely freezes when i put my recovery disk contained by i cannot choose any options because the keypad won't work i've tried getting window to go onto nontoxic mode but again i can't make any choices and it boots up and freezes oblige please it's driving me crazy

Try rebooting the system and pressing F8.

How dated is this laptop first off. Secondly lately from what your describing it sounds to me like something is any not connected or maybe a driver is corrupt on the touchpad or perchance it just want replacing.

Turn everything off and donate it a break. The system may be 'exhausted' (for want of a better word). After half a morning to a day, try again. If adjectives else fails, pocket it to a pc technician or if you enjoy insurance, call someone to hold a look at it.

you need to reset the bios ive never done it on a laptop but i hold hade the same problem near destop keyboard and mouse didnt work and freezes on start and i reset the bios it worked ok after that
