My IBM T43 is kaput. It keep shutting down, and a blue peak comes up w/the bad_pool_caller error.?

The computers starts ok, and later takes me to my desktop, but when I try to do anything surrounded by it, it shuts down and comes up with the error more or less the bad_pool_caller. Also when is starting up I get this message give or take a few sgtray.exe, and I click allow and install driver but it doesn't do it. What can I do to fix this problem, should I erase the hard drive? and if so, how?
Thank you...

I really do not envy your situation. The IBM laptops tended to hold a problem with memory leak. I would suggest that you replace motherboard and try again. This problem was adjectives in the T series IBMs
this is window problem so reinstall windows immediately ok
DEAR FRIEND,

it is very simple,

due to unsuitable shut-down some file is corrupt. so better reinstall the window software again.

1. restart your laptop
2. press F2 or DEL of the keyboard while restarting
3. the laptop will travel to BIOS
4. here in the BOOT substitute , set First Boot from CD ROM drive, Save settings (by pressing F8)
5. INSERT the disc in the drive
6. restart the laptop, it will restart near the help of disc
7. Let it do and load, at the train it will ask to load software
8 here you can format c drive and can nouns the new software
9. after loading current WINDOW you can format rest of the dirve with window operating system
10. try it. don't just read, ... hold a nice day...
