What's better, an AMD TL-60 or an Intel T7200 (and how much more should i settle up for which one, and why)?

amd specs- 2.0Ghz, 1mb l2 cache (although this is much smaller than inter, the FSB make up for the small size, its 512 kb for each core plan each one have its own cache) FSB-1.6Ghz
intel specs- 2.0 Ghz, 4mb l2 cache (shared), 677mhz fsb
all contained by all, i reflect the amd would be better considering the price per performance. but if u want power, win the Intel.
This could also depend on your other system spes such as memory, OS, gpu, etc.
