To Check that driver is installed or not go within Device Manager. To go surrounded by device manager-
right click on My Computer
Select Properties
Click On Hardware Tab
Click on Device Manager
then check explicitly there any Yellow smudge before describe of device that indicates that drivers are not installed. If there is no blotch it seems to be wrong drivers installed.jump to HCL site and download correct driver for ur model
go to nouns speech and audio devises in your control panel to check if your driver is in attendance if not any got to the manufacture website and download it or www.driverguide.com
Just reinstall it and yu will know for sure

u right click at my computer go to properties after check hardware then devices officer. See if there is any ? symbol if nearby is any means near might some problem with the software.
