I enjoy a exotic Dell computer and it won't boot up, does anyone know why Not?

first of adjectives, because it's a Dell...second of all, construct sure that all your power cords are correctly and firmly placed surrounded by their right slots...if not, afterwards call Dell and sit on dally for four and a half hours freshly for them to tell you what label to send the tower support with...my friend bought a tentative computer (compaq?) and took it out of the box, correctly plugged everything in, and it of late didn't work, so its possible that there is something wrong next to the tower...but does it surprise you, because it is a Dell..
you have to engineer sure all the cords are surrounded by the place there suppose to and if it still dont work hail as dell

I guess it depends on what you mean by 'it won't boot up', if you own everything plugged in correctly (double check) and you press power and nil happens, after something might be fried.
If you get power, but it hang while booting, then you might own a windows problem. If it give you any specific messages, then any post those here, or go look them up online.
