Did you catch a cd from the shop you bought this pc?In this cd you will find user guide & drivers to install.Even i own hp & i have the cd which be included in the roll.I have gone through the hp site but near was no such model (2246AP) contained by the compaq presario notebook pc series so check your model no again.I could not find address of hp service hub in lucknow but i could find the department address in lucknow which is given within the following:
