How do you connect a replacement upright to a nouns top?

Just plug it within the ps2 socket on the back - it shouldnt requirement anything else - mine works ok this way
Depend you can do this 2 ways if you own the right parts.
The first way is to plug within the keyboard into the posterior of the laptop. A standard 104/101 keyboard.
The second method is to manually replace it's enternal keyboard it connects next to 2/3 flat ribbon cables they look resembling little pieces of plastic. They get placed into little lockin jacks/plugs they fit within as follows [--------] [--------]

make sure your cable as a usb nouns and just plug it into any usb port consequently restart the lappy
