I a moment ago bought a Gateway Notebook for $559 at Best Buy. It has a 15.4" eyeshade, 80 gig. 256 mb. graphics driver.Turion 64 processor, Windows XP, Vista able, 526 (I think that's the right number) RAM., DVD/CD write-rewriter,, internal wireless , and it kick butt. My 3 year old Dell desktop won't even nouns World of warcraft, Intel Celeron 64 not powerful enough. I did like mad of research, and this had adjectives the bells and whistles for the best price. I also purchased a carrying skin, and wireless router by linksys. My total was $675, my budget be $700.
