Macbook Ram upgrade~ I would know to acquire 2GB from a local store, but how do i know they are selling pious ones?

I don't know much nearly RAM and I am worried that they are selling me bad RAM which would rumple my macbook. How can I tell? IS nearby any program that I can run IMMEDEIATELY after installing the ram to try-out if it is ok? Which are the manufacturer that would be OK? not necessarily the best because I am looking for some cheaper ones below 200 US. Thank you greatly much!

i recently upgraded my macbook to 2gb run into. i got the push off newegg.com for in the region of $150 with shipping and installed it near no problems. this was cheap bump i think the brand be gskill. i think in attendance is a hardware test that comes next to osx that you can run to check if the ram is ok. gskill worked for me and plentiful others because i read reviews before buying it so u in recent times gotta do some homework if you choose a different brand.
