Like I said nothing similar to this ever happened till today and it have done it about 5 times presently and getting aggravating. Any suggestions??

Answer:
Could be a bad memory stick. You should run memtest, which can be downloaded from http://www.memtest.org. If you scroll down, nearby is a download section; here's the direct association to download the version you can put on a floppy disk: http://www.memtest.org/download/1.70/mem...

After you nouns it onto a floppy disk, you boot up using that disk and then run the testing and it'll tell you if in that are any errors. If you have a bleak stick, you'll most likely see a ton of errors, so it'll be pretty deliberate.
Memory really should not be mismatched. the voltages may be different or a moment ago incompatible.

Try using just the 1 GB module, if you still hold problems, your computer may incompatible with the unmarked RAM or you might have shocked it. If any is the case, you'll involve to get exotic RAM
Hi,

Some RAM sticks just don't capture along. You should whenever possible use RAM sticks with alike specifications such as; bus speed and chipset. Often, using sticks that are from different manufacturers cause problems.
If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem near device drivers, hardware or software.
