If i be to attain a apple laptop for conservatory and some games, which would be better, a macbook or a macbook pro?

Even with 2GB of RAM and the fastest procesor within the MacBook, it will perform significantly slower than the MacBook Pro. With the MacBook Pro, you find a bigger screen, a discrete graphics card, and the capacity to hold up to 3 GB of RAM. Also, you can get a faster processor, up to 2.33Ghz. The discrete pictographic card in the MacBook Pro is not the best on the souk, but it will perform far better than the integrated graphcis card. So, if you are going to play games on a Mac, I would importantly suggest getting a MacBook Pro over a Macbook. Hope this helps...

Yes, a MacBookPro is better.
1) It doesnt overheat as much.
2) It may be more expensive, but it is better (RAM dimensions, HDD, Processor, etc)
3) It has a bigger eyeshade than a MacBook (which has a 13 inch screen)

Battle Field should run alright. Macs can run Windows lone apps as well. You CAN also, put Windows on a Mac. Macs rule.
It a wanna-be notebook. Same cpu, intel motherboards, same video, same memory, same harddrive, etc,etc. You will just be overpaying by alot getting the apple. The apple get viruses as in good health. There are no apps/games you can get from the close to by stores for apple. An apple is more of a show piece then anything adjectives these days. And you CAN'T run window unless OS X is installed (dual boot) at yet more extra cost. And you will attain a nasty surprise trying to play games, OS X is NOT supported by most maker. Look it up yourself. The mac will also be SLOWER for games, you're not allowed to hold the best video card in an apple. The 7600 series is just about the fastest you can get for apple. Not much choice for something faster. And as a gamer, merely a pc is the TRUE gaming device, as the video card is the most important part of a set of the computer for games. Just do some research yourself to find the truth.
hey pal, i would suggest for Macbook. It is more than plenty for personal use, like photos editing, musics, homeworks or games.
the Macbook Pro is expected for professional use. of course the highly developed capabilities is better, but the conservation is equally higher! any spare member spoilt will cost you a bomb!
i have changed my powerbook's logic board for 3 times, the top overnight case for once, now is my LCD blind need to be replace... is not the aspect bad, but is my usage on it... i use more than 10 hrs a daylight, so is consider heavy duty usages :s
don't forget to buy the extended warranty, it will cover 3 more years and amass you a lot of money :>
