I enjoy new HP Laptop.It is not password protected.I did not bequeath any Administrator password to the laptop.I installed windows live one carefulness antivirus to the laptop.After completion of installation it asked to restart. I restarted the laptop.It again asked the administrator password without the password it is not entering into the system what i hold to do please help me.
Answer:
Go into BIOS and Remove the Passwords.Save & Exit.
Restart..
This should clear it.
( If you are ehe ' Solo User ', Why use a password. )

try "admin" for both the username and password
hi u can try admin or admistratoir for both but if all esle fail try pressing ctrl -alt - delte sevralo time till a gues accoint is opened next from here u can get into the computer and chnage the settings.
