Answer:
You should own received a restore CD beside your laptop (or two).
Just pop it in the cd drive and reboot your notebook.
This will bring your laptop back to the course it was made from time 1.
Warning: all your personal files will be also erased!
Go to start click on control consequently click on system restore Go back to when to when he get the computer and click on the date .hope this helps .
Odds are that the grand piano has be switched to the foreign language layout as powerfully. For example, when you type a "q" you might get a "o". When prompted for user self and password, type the password in the userid area. This way you can see if it match your password. If it does not, which I assume it doesn't, you can keep trying different key until you figure out the key needed to produce your password. Then, put in your user ego (in the user id field) and your password (the key you found to be your password) into the password field. Once you find into windows, you want to step to the control panel and choose Regional and Language Settings. From here you can set the local languague and input mode. Good luck.
