My laptop does not boot up?

i receive a blue screen that say "unmountable boot drive" every time. i have tried everythig. i really call for files from windows to work and i know they are still at hand. the logo screen comes for a few second and then go to the blue screen.
i enjoy a desktop and i need to know if a can transfet my files at hand or even connect the laptop's hard drive an do it that instrument. i realy need my files. please, someone aid with detailed instructions and explanations. thank you.
