On my IBM thinkpad R51, it cannot boot up if it is on AC power. I hold to unplug it and let it boot on battery-operated power. Does anyone know why or how to fix this?
Answer:
Odd...
The only article I could suggest is try taking the battery out, plug it into AC and try to turn it on. If it works, plug the freestyle back surrounded by and see if it goes posterior to not booting.
It is possible it's a short in the battery-operated.
