How to I spinal column up my files from my laptop when I can one and only access risk-free mode?

I not long dropped my laptop and now when I turn it on, it go to the Windows loading page and then hits blue peak. I can still access my files through safe mode. I tried to final up everything through to my external in nontoxic mode, but it didn't work. How else can I back everything up? I call the local notebook repair shop, and they wanted to charge me almost $200. I would approaching to try and do it myself. Thanks!

Answer:
i had a similar problem where on earth i dropped my laptop and it broke the screen. So i go to a computer repair store and they sell a external jacket for laptop hard drives, you hold the hard drive out of the laptop and put it surrounded by there and you can connect it to another computer by usb and recognize at as a external hard drive. Then only burn all your files to a cd. It should come beside back up software too but its surplus to requirements to have. They dont cost much, something like $25-$30. Alot better than paying $200.
Disk, or put it on another partition if within already is one.

Alternatively, back it up on the lattice or a network you may own if you can access safe mode next to networking!
