How do I find out if it has it? And further, if this element does have the flexible Bluetooth feature, how do I synchronize it beside my bluetooth device / mobile phone???

Answer:
After you start your system, press F2 to enter in the BIOS, label sure you are the administrator.
While in the BIOS press Alt +P until you progress to the page 3 of 7, use the down arrow until you reach wireless configuration and lay emphasis on bluetooth and you can enable it by using the right arrow.
After that enter, esc and gather changes and exit
