Which one is better. An Hp laptop or a Macbook?

Answer:
HP by far. Even if compared to a Dell.
HP is the head in sale, quality products and best support at the moment.

I wouldn't foot mind to the Mac crew, those are the same who constantly speak Windows sucks yet their so bright and breezy they can now install it on those crippled toys.

Take a look at a Mac forum such as "Mac Fix It". There you'll see the true colors.
See threads such as:
"Help next to failure startup, home>library>pref crash"
"PowerBook G4 - Crashing Daily"
"Missing files on restart!"
"drt-drt-drrrt-drt and freezing."
...And several more most people articulate its only "Windows problems".

A macbook but it will also cost more
truthfully it depends on what you're used to... if you're currently a window user, and have be using windows for years, unless you want to cram how to use a completely different operating system (Macbook doesn't use Windows) I would highly recommend getting the HP
hp laptop man easier to mantain , faster upgrades, excellent customer support and above adjectives get the spill resistant newspaper
it depends on you needs. macs are fitting for jsut basic computing single. internet, myspace, music, watch a movie, and chat. the workstation has seriously more expandabitliy and more broad horizons for programming, gaming, etc. but be prepared for the normal window flaws with that hp. its up to you.
Depends what you want it for. if you are not into graphics design then the HP laptop is unambiguously way to move about

all the best

You might read out, that's like comparing Apples and Oranges. Do you want something that runs Windows or something that runs MacOS...
This is a tough cross-question to answer. Macbook is nice to use if you do not have to interact beside any PC Software. If all your planning on doing is writing essays and surfing the internet a Macbook is immaculate. However, if you are interested in more nouns, more software, games etc... a PC is your best bet.

Mac has smaller number targeted virus' and is thus a little safer to use online. It have some greate software to get your started but remarkably little expansion.

PC can get you anything you inevitability, caters to all, hence the common sense more viruses'. XP is tried and true, and Vista will be in the subsequent while.

If you buy either and travel alot ego suggest purchasing a total care roll, or some sort of warranty that covers brokens screens and fluid spills
I just come across a site that sends you a laptop for free! I'm ordering mine right very soon, it's a Sony VAIO and it looks really hot!
the mac. but the thing in the region of having a stand a lone computer system is your tied to them... for everything. software hardware, and repairs,

in a minute look at the price first the mac is >>

The price is Expensive
software is Expensive
accessories are Expensive
repairs are Expensive..

presently with a middle-of-the-road PC/Laptop your not stuck to just Microsoft Windows operating system you can install anyone of the version of linux.

you can run, Linux. Xp, Vista, at the same time using virtual software

The Pros for linux
Operating system is... FREE
All the software is FREE..
what more can you ask for

Microsoft software . you money for everything
Apple Mac software. you pay for everything
First cross-examine: Do you use computers all the time and are amazingly advanced with them.or do you never use them and scarcely know anything about them?

Advanced: Go HP
Basic: Go Macbook

Personally, I'd travel with an HP Laptop, since I'm comparatively the enthusiast. I bought one and have be happy ever since. HP Is definately the best for laptops, because they supply the best hardware setup for the lowest price...while Dell and others overcharge for a hunk of junk that's not even like peas in a pod speed as the cheaper one on HP lol.

PCs with Windows XP Pros:
1. PCs near XP Laptops support more software
2. PCs with XP support adjectives the same medium apps that macs do
3. PCs with XP support more Games, P2P, etc
4. Security and Maintenence can be automated currently and constantly keep your system working alike as it did on first boot. (Diskeeper, Bitdefender, jv16 PowerTools, etc)
5. OSX can actually run on a PC in this day and age too, though it's a completely underground project. You'll get more or less 70% of the functionality of Macbook's OSX on your PC running OSX86. My friend's uncle's friend's cousin's (lol) brother runs OSX86 on his laptop and has internet, medium and everything + Windows XP on another partition.

Cons:
1. Highest virus count - but that's not really a problem in our time with anti-virus software constantly updating.
2. Hackers - but again, firewall software works wonders. To be honest, out of adjectives my years of using a PC, i've never actually be Hacked. It doesn't happen similar to in the movies at adjectives.

Macbook OSX Pro:
1. Extremely Simple to Maintain
2. Final Cut Pro (it's definately one of the best)
3. Garage Band (great music app...very fun)
4. Simple - Simple - Simple

Macbook OSX Cons:
1. Lacks core support for TONs of other Great software
2. Doesn't play nearly all the games out in attendance.
3. Slows down just as much as Windows over time short maintenence. (I've seen it develop on OSXs systems on campus...it always happens) The problem is, how do you maintenence a Mac? It's pretty restricted and wants you to judge it's working fine-when you start getting errors and crashes.
4. NO VISUAL THEMES? Wtf!?

Conclusion: HP with Windows OS win. - With an HP Laptop, you get both OSs and some.
Ok, the macbook is in actual fact a nice little machine. I inevitability to raise some issues reguarding what have been told to you.

My major computer is a mac and gets disappeared on for weeks at a time with no issues what so ever it also act as a server for 4 other users on different computers over a wireless network I can't guiltiness it.

1, the macbook can duel boot windows nativly, its an intel motherboard next to an intel CPU, all you necessitate is boot camp which is a free download stale the apple website. Windows drivers are provided as well

2, There are several linux distros for the mac, which system free software. I might also add the apple os is a unix derivitive, which can use the X11 system (Xfree86) as an suggested install off the os disk. Which process you can run open department (open source alternative to MS) and the gimp (open source photoshop type program). By default it doesn't run you as root even contained by an admin account. Very not easy for it to be tampered beside online.

3, The mac is more then effective of of doing more then primary computing, with the the choice of three operating systems you own access to every application you could possibly want. And has no problem linking to window networks.

As for gaming laptops aren't the best macines anyway.

Edit: Because its a unix derivitive to run maintenence start by using disk utility to repair the file permissions. For the rest download onyx (which is free) or jump into the terminal and run the scripts, sudo interrupted daily, sudo intermittent weekly and sudo periodic monthly. the mac typically runs these itself at between 3 and 6am provided its turned on and not asleep. this will solve practically any odd problems and slowdown. Onyx does adjectives of this without you have to use the terminal.
Mac.

For some inexplicable reason, PC those seem to enjoy the odd theory that Macs are only biddable for graphics. A little reasoning here. Graphics are the single most operation intensive procedure any computer can perform, and Macs do it all right because they have serious process operation potential. All that other junk a PC does, a Mac does lacking even breathing hard.

Let's address a few cherished myths from the MS Fanboy club.

Having a UNIX BSD platform, OSX is a far more stable and secure system, and not prone to virus. And for those who still insist on quoting that tired old myth going on for market share and virus: UNIX varients are the most widely used operating systems outside the home, yet they suffer none of what window suffers.

Apple does NOT make adjectives the software for Macs. They make the operating system, the iLife suite (bundled next to Macs), and a couple of others. I use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Dreamweaver, Acrobat Pro), MS Office (Word, Excel, etc), and a smattering of other apps for my work. It is true you can't walk into Best Buy and find Mac Apps, but you can move about into Fry's, CompUSA, and of course any Apple Store. Mac apps are available online by the thousands.

I own the same apps at home, plus a few dozen games, including the best seller.

They're very assured to upgrade, and come with pretty perfect hardware out of the box. The kind of set-up most PCs upgrade to. If you be to configure a Dell to the same specs as an iMac or MacPro, and supply comparable software that Apple includes, that Dell would cost a little more than the Mac. You seize what you pay for.

Peripherals are plug and play, and yes, Mac's come near multi-function mice now. They're comatose easy to upgrade, and nearby are hundreds of periferals and upgrades available for many, masses companies.

Macs can have multiple operating systems loaded. You can be running within native OSX, and run windowze through parallel (we have one at work doing this) so we can used the ONE PC app we inevitability, that isn't available for a Mac (Publisher).

I've used both systems. Windowze is clunky and bloated by comparison. A pain surrounded by the cyber-butt.

The next Mac OS, OS 10.5 "Leopard" will be out this decline. Apple moved all of their software engineers over to the iPhone project to find it out in June.

Apple innovates.MS Imitates.
MacBook. All of this Mac vs. PC debate is entirely trivial in a minute that Macs can run both Mac OS X and Windows, natively. With a Mac, you get the best of both worlds. Why would you buy anything else? I switched to Mac two years ago and I'm in a minute on my third Mac. I love these machines.
HP is a lot better than a Macbook.
I've used both and both suck, windoze marginally sucks more.

It's really your choice.

I'd, however, walk with windoze. More stuff out within, easier to get and cheaper.

I hold two HP notebooks and surrounded by my opinion, they are the best of adjectives the notebooks. I tried copious and HP just feel and acts better.
