AMD Athlon XP-M mobile....support me please. Break it down surrounded by non-technical address...?

I bought an HP Pavilion ze4400 laptop from my sister, and it say it has AMD Athlon XP-M mobile. I hold only principal computer knowledge...and my husband have never heard of this, and when I Googled it, it be in adjectives this technical oral communication I can't understand. Someone please let somebody know me in everyday words, what this does, what it is competent of doing, and if it is good, average, poor....also, does this scrounging I can get a WIFI nouns? Help!

this laptop is somewhat between average and poor. but one thing is fitting, it's of the old style so it's easy to upgrade for individual a few bucks. like it is, it's angelic for basic tasks resembling internet, word processing, watching DVDs etc.

as far as the manual say, it has a mini-pci slot at the bottom so you can upgrade it next to a wireless (WIFI) connection. check this instruction manual on side 14 and 15, so you can determine what type you have.

also a memory upgrade does increase the running of that laptop. maximum capacity is 2 x 512MB. to check what's already installed, right click on my computer after click on properties, on the bottom of the window it shows you what amount of push is installed (if it says 256MB or smaller amount an upgrade would help plentifully for a better performance). look in the almanac where the memory creek is and open it. if near is only 1 module the upgrade is unproblematic, otherwise you have to replace one module.
