What are the pros and cons of have a 15 inch 2.16GHz apple macbook pro?

I enjoy a 17 inch - love it. I run "windows only" software all the time on an emulator program call Parallels. Most app's nowadays are "universal" import they come out in Mac or Windows compatible. And seriously, do you want to run a big piece of crap approaching Vista - cancel or allow? Yeah, they cost more, but they ultimate longer - I have an member of staff still using a 12inch G3 that's 5 years old. Check out Apple's store for the "refurb" machines - they come next to warranties & everything. You can also get hold of a MacBook for like 1K immediately.

Its very speedy comp.

Supposidly Virus Proof
Nice design
Good for Graphic designing
Cons:
15 inch screen is a lil small for me
massively expensive ( like 2k+? )
The layout is different than window (can take some time to bring use to)

There is certainly nothing wrong near it, and apple is ahead of it's years (yet again), and i will get to why i give it a lower rating of an 8 in a minute...
I other have to do some sort of comparison between rivaling companies, so here it is.
For Apple: iMovie HD, iDVD, and GarageBand adjectives pre-installed.
For Microsoft: Windows Movie Maker pre-installed.

There's a massive difference between Windows Movie Maker and those 3 programs.
Using the iSight camera, I can quickly sort my own videos and give music to them with iMovie HD.
Then I travel over to GarageBand, bequeath my video a score and append in little "Zings" and "Crickets" (hehe).
Then, on to iDVD where on earth I give my video/s a menu blind, end credits, and next burn them to dvd.
The end result is a professional looking DVD, which can rival prfessional made DVD's.
Now, beside Windows Movie Maker it's a whole different story.
Simply nouns your videos, affix some music and end credits and POOF!
You're done, and it make for a quick, personal home video.
Most applications on Apple are built to do more things, and sometimes even be simpler than Windows counterparts.

And i honestly don't see why so lots people dislike intensely apple.
I mean seriously, you can't honestly voice that Windows is better than Apple.
The only intention that Apple owns 3% of the market, and not 97% is strictly because of the price of their machines and available 3rd deputation applications.
Apple has other ben about innovation, and Microsoft have always be about money.
3rd gala applications is what kills the Macintosh.
Even though most 3rd entertainment applictions nowadays are available for both Macintosh and Windows, everything is "Windows Reccomended" gist that if you have a Macintosh, you will bring back a previous version of the application.
Also, games enjoy an impact on the Macintosh, but i don't care for notebook games so... meh.
Which is the reason I am giving the MacBook Pro an 8/10.
when judge a computer, you can't just mediate the computer itself, you have to authority everything about it (which is why i don't comprehend how pc's get rate so high, hehe).
If i be just judge the computer, i'd have to contribute it a 20/10, because it is just splendid.

That BS give or take a few how 3rd party applications (that run on the MacBook Pr) close to photoshop run "twice as slow, while 1st party applications run twice as fast" is a complete nouns of BS.
My photoshop doesn't run twice as fast or twice as slow...
It's contained by the middle.
It runs at the same speed as any window pc.
the point about 1st delegation applications running twice as fast is greatly much true though.
My advice:
If you want a working computer for animation, imaging, video, publishing, etc... after this is the computer for you.
If you want a gaming computer, or one just to own fun and surf the web beside...
get a notebook (but please don't get an AMD, those break down close to flies).
Really, if you just want a fun little computer, don't spend $2,500.00 for it.
Or you can freshly wait 'til subsequent year when apple releases their Multi Core systems that run all 3 OS's (Windows, OSX, and Linux) consequence that you can switch OS's simultaneously, taking away the application problem beside macs.
