My toshiba satellite a55-s1063 problems?

alright, i spotted a laptop at a yardsale a few days ago. its a "Toshiba Satellite A55-S1063"
it come with zilch, just a laptop. i turnt it on and it go straight to "Insert System Disk In Drive. Press Any Key When Ready" what should i do? do i have to buy foreign disks if i can, what is needed. i have a dell computer i'm on in a minute, could those disks work. someone help me. i get a fine deal or is it worthless?
