Answer:
No not this year. Get a core 2 duo. The heart of the computer is the CPU.
no is not ... but i can buy it from you for $50 bucks no more then .. interested email me sosasjob.com
resourcefully the processor doesn't sound too great, unless it's an Intel Core Duo
You should obtain the Core 2 Duo..it's better
or look into getting an AMD CPU
the rest sounds good

Keep surrounded by mind there is a difference between Intel Core Duo and Intel Core 2 Duo

Core 2 Duo is rather bit better :)
Definitely go for the Intel Core Duo Processor ,especially if you do gaming. The Pentium M is a serious processor in the Intel inherited nowadays. Then it would be a polite machine. However, you could capture a system with duplicate specs from Dell for $1000 or less. Alienware tend to overprice their equipment.
I'd voice that's worth pretty much exactly $1300. You're not paying too much. What makes it worth it? First stale, the graphics card. 256MB graphics card is pretty good, and nVidia is a great brand. A DVDRW drive is also terribly good for writing and reading DVD's and CD's. 2GB of DDR2 dual RAM — you can run virtually any big application on that computer. 2GB of RAM make it very hastily!!! 1920 x 1200 screen resolution — excellent resolution specs.

Hope this help!
Alienware is overpriced in standard, if your asking about it as a potential purchaser, I'd stay away from Alienware. MOST of the things you programmed sound GOOD. BUT if your looking for GREAT, stick next to the core duo 2 and upgrade the video card to an 8600 if at all possible. nVidia video cards are rank by higher number series one better then lower number series i.e. 6 series, 7 series, 8 series(currently the highest). The end thing you want to do when purchasing a computer or laptop is spending so much on it and have it be outdated.
If you have $500 more you can spend, consequently i can custom build you a laptop with 512mb nVidia 7600 video card, 2GB Ram, 8X Dual Layer DVDRW Drive, 160GB SATA thorny drive, Built in a/b/g wireless + Bluetooth, Gigabit Networking card, 4 built contained by speakers + subwoofer, and an intel core 2 duo T7200 2.0GHz CPU
