Anti virus stuff really doesn't do much when you play a game. My pocket on situation would be you either enjoy shitty pc or virus loaded computer lol.

It's your symbolic card. Sounds like you enjoy an older system that can't fiddle with all the detailed graphics within role playing games.
Here is an excerpt from one of my previous posts explaining how to find out what is using your CPU:

If you are on a Windows machine, try this:
1. Press Alt+Ctrl+Del
2. When the TaskManager comes up, click the tab that say "Processes". This will show a list of every piece of programming i.e. currently running on your computer.
3. There is a column called CPU. Click on it to sort adjectives these processes by what percentage of your CPU's processing power they are using.
4. Watch the column while it updates a few times (You can adjust how fast it updates through the "View" menu.).
You should draw from a general impression of which programs are using memory and how much of it.
NOTES:
1. System Idle Processes basically finances "unused".
2. Most of the processes will have arcane and meaningless names. Generally you can google the entitle of a process to find out what it does.
3. You can manually shut off CPU hogging processes by right-clicking on them, but gross sure you save anything work you were doing first, because in that are two bad things that might appear:
----1. If the process was an integral cut of a program somewhere, that program will probably close instantly, and any unsaved data surrounded by that program will be lost.
----2. If the process was an integral element of your *operating system*, then you could exceedingly well crash your computer, cause any unsaved data on the computer to be lost.
Most any problem you make happen by killing processes can be solved by restarting the computer, basically make sure nought important is running when you do it.
When you play a winter sport, your CPU usage goes up to 100% because the winter sport is trying to render as many frames as possible respectively second. You can prevent the game from using as much CPU usage by limiting the frame rate.
I don't contemplate that the screen freezing would be related to the lofty CPU usage. However, I would monitor the task planner for a while and see if any processes are periodically using more than idle amounts of CPU power.
I thought sometimes when I am playing games, that the computer will lag when waiting for the compact disc drive to spin up and start a new environment music file. You might know how to prevent the problem if this is the case by burning an print file to your complicated disk and mounting it (this might not work if the CD is copy protected). I would also check to see if it is trying to read from the rugged disk while it is lagging as you might purely need scandisk or spinrite to check for impossible sectors and relocate them. It also wouldn't hurt to defragment the disk if required.
It looks resembling you have a unbelievably nice computer. It is definitely not the hardware that is to say slowing you down. You should make sure you don't own spyware as it could slow down your performance.
