Driver Not Compatible.Help please!?

I bought a laptop a couple of days ago and since yesterday everytime i turn it on it displays a message that reeds " This driver is blocked due to compatibility issues" it say that a driver that is instaled cause a stability problem with your system...this driver will be disabled. It say it has no solutions for this problem. I must also make a payment that the computer runs vista basic and its an inspiron 1501 from dell. Please abet me if any more details are needed let me know and i will affix them. Thank you so much...

That error is a problem with Update for Microsoft Windows (KB929427) and roxio drag to disk. Go here to download the most modern patch from roxio (sonic)

It will take the ancient one off and put the unsullied one on. You want to run it, click next, yes, verbs etc. Trust me you will get profusely of popups from vista acting like do you really want to do this?! and yes trust me you do. you'll reboot and no more error

Vista have a lot of particular driver issues. Check with Dell support.
Purchase A Windows XP Professional. Windows XP home, full journal install CD and format the hdd next install the older operating system because Windows Vista(R) is still latest tech and the "kinks" are not fully worked out of the software yet.

contact dell...the laptop is brand new and should work clearly..its up to them to correct the problem....Take no messing from them..
