It will take the ancient one off and put the unsullied one on. You want to run it, click next, yes, verbs etc. Trust me you will get profusely of popups from vista acting like do you really want to do this?! and yes trust me you do. you'll reboot and no more error
To answer your interview I'll need more info. Like what is the driver contained by question?
Vista have a lot of particular driver issues. Check with Dell support.
Purchase A Windows XP Professional. Windows XP home, full journal install CD and format the hdd next install the older operating system because Windows Vista(R) is still latest tech and the "kinks" are not fully worked out of the software yet.
Alternately you could install Linux(R) or Apple(R) Macintosh(R) operating system's and enjoy the benefit of fewer hackers target your computer because the last time I checked over 75% of computer virus are written to destroy Microsoft Windows(R) operating system software. Sorry but the single solution currently available to you is to try a different operating system.
If you go to your Control Panel, underneath the Windows button, and click on Hardware and Sound, then scroll down to click on Device Manager, you will probably bring a permission fanlight which you will click Continue. There will be a list of adjectives the hardware on your computer, most likely you will see a triangle admonitory on an item. You should be able to see at smallest what the item is that's causing your errors. From near you can Un-install the Driver, which may be for some reason not installed correctly, after reboot and see if that works. If that doesn't work, you should be able to telephone Dell, and get support. Below is a relationship to Support for your computer, *** The Sonic Driver you mentioned is on the bottom link***Good Luck
