Is it majority for my MacBook Pro to rev its fan for the simplest operation?
Answer:
This probably isn't normal. 6000RPMs seem to be a very big number, for such a small number of applications. I assume that by applications, you be a sign of something such as Word, mail, or iTunes, and not something similar to Final Cut Pro or Adobe CS2...
One thing that you might want to do, if you hold not done already, is to open up the diversion monitor (Applications-->utilities-->ac... monitor) and make sure that one of the applications is not haning and using up adjectives the system resources. (If it hangs it will roughly be written in Red, and will be using like mad of CPU).
You might want to call Applecare to find help on this, though, as it seem that there might be something hardware, a bit than software related (running Software Update might be a good view if you haven't done it in a while.)...hope this help.
