Problems near Dell Inspiron 1000?

I own a Dell Inspiron 1000 and I have have it for over a year now. It started have problems charging even when I made sure the adapter was plugged into the vertebrae of the computer and the outlet securely. I purchased a latest AC adapter and it seems that the problem is even worse immediately. My battery is individual good for going on for 15 minutes. Something else it has be doing - When I turn it on I have a eyeshade that pops up and says to run the freestyle recalibration. I have done this a couple of times, but it still comes up everytime. Is in that a problem with my battery-operated or is the ac adapter plug-in? Or could it be something else. Thanks!

It's almost certainly the freestyle. Each time you recharge a laptop battery it loses a bit of dimensions. Eventually it will need to be replaced. A year sounds a bit short but not impossible.

it sounds close to you need a foreign battery.when the mobile is unable to hold a charge,this is an indication that the freestyle may be worn.

It sounds as though you will need to replace this mobile if you want reliablilty. The history if this battery have not been that righteous.
