I enjoy an elder mac laptop...scrolling issues!?

Hey, guys. Anyways, I enjoy a very antiquated iBook (Apple Laptop)(It's not ANCIENT but it's up there) I really like the two-finger scrolling implement in the newer macs but this out of the ordinary iBook doesn't have that factor. Is there a software application that works surrounded by the background (preferably) that will see this feature beside the mouse? Your help is MUCHO appreciated.

Yeah, I've get a TiBook that was earlier that feature also. Unfortunately, this is a hardware issue and not software. Supposedly, this two fingered scrolling proficiency could be done with reliable older Macs, and near some software hack, it could be done. But there be a certain hardware criteria required. I be trying to search the Apple trellis site that talked in the region of what could work and what couldn't, but I couldn't find it.
