When I am typing on my laptop, contained by Word or even on a webpage, my cursor "disappears" by itself and I am still typing. When my cursor reappears, it "puts" itself anywhere it wishes to , including in the middle of a word, and messes up what I am typing. I hold to go subsidise and correct what it was that I be doing. This is very time consuming and it is annyoying. Anyone know what it is that i am doing wrong?

You may be brushing the trackpad beside your wrist, some laptops include a button above it to turn of the trackpad when typing.
Are you sure you are not accidently brushing up against your touchpad as you are typing?
you may be typing over the mouse pad, you will own to learn to save your wrists apart when typing.
