In most foreign countries they enjoy internet cafe's where you can recompense to use a computer for a certain amount of time. Check into that.

I know it seems approaching you're gonna die, but I've gone 6 months without internet access or anything. It sounds disastrous, but after a little while, you'll be fine. Another thing you'd want to consider is what ISP you would use at your grandparents. I be in Canada end year and had a laptop near me but couldn't get online. I be at my aunts and she doesn't have a computer. My ISP be Microsoft, but they didn't have any mobile numbers in that nouns. To get online, I'd enjoy to use long distance. I'd be keeping my aunt's phone line busy plus I'd hold to use long distance. I gave up on it and go to a cybercafe for a couple of hours every other day. That give me enough time to check my email, obtain in touch near people, and look at a few favorite websites. Perhaps you could travel to a cybercafe in Japan?

yes it would.economically explain all your problems to her.and how boring it will be short the computer and how you can stay in touch near all your friends.in recent times ask her for an cheap little laptop.that might work.sometimes parents just deliberate how expensive it is.or tell her how you won't be bothering your grandparents if you a moment ago were busy on the computer.and they won't hold to worry more or less you too much and you won't bother them.that way they will be at ease and so will you.plus how much more fun it will you staying there next to in touch beside your friends and happy beside your grandparents.Good Luck!
