My laptop doesn't adopt USB memory..support :(?

Hi, I'm completely oblivious about pc's , so uneducated that one day I fixed I didn't need anymore the statue of ¨take off software con seguridad¨ on my laptop so somehow I manage to erased it :/

...later I have to buy a USB memory and when I connected into the pc the apparatus went crazy ..okay, not crazy but suddenly everything stop, it's sooo slow when I connect the usb that I won't try it again unless I find the way of doing it right..

Is in that anyone that can help me near that? ( no sarcastic commentaries pls, I be aware of bad already) I would really apreciate it, gratitude!

sounds like you usb drivers are have issues, first try a system restore, if not try to re-install your op system and try to singular do a repair
