However,if these are imported fine and cost is imposed by Customs Authorities in adornment to duty.The amount of fine and penalty is discretion of the Customs Authorities.As far as duty is concerned you are required to refer to Customs Tariff as very well as Central Excise Tariff as at the time of import Customs duty + CVD equal to Central Excise duty is levy.Further,you are required to refer to relevant exemption Notifications applicable for effective rate/exemption if any.
