Laptop Issue?

I hold a travelmate 230 Laptop with Windows XP and have it for about 2 years. The problem is it keep shutting off on me completly after it starts back up again, it happen when ive been on for a few hours so it could be heat but also it seems similar to when I move it or maybe its something near the monitor any advice what to do, to stop it from shutting stale on me, im really not sure what the problem is, thank you

OK go to my computer properties later advanced tap afterwards click on the settings with startup and recouping and then check of the box next to Automatically restart.
