Need laptop accesories (AC Adapter) for my Dad's B-day! Urgent!?

My dad have a Toshiba laptop and his B-Day is coming up. He mentioned a charger but I don't know what model of laptop he has so I'm kinda screwed. I know the Comp's strange and that a lot of time companies basically make indistinguishable type of charger for a wide extent of products? Is this so for Toshiba?! Help!

Unless you know the exact model of his laptop, you risk in purchasing the wrong item. You could other ask him to see his laptop. Make up something like you be thinking about buying a laptop and you considered necessary to see his first. Toshiba may have the model number on the bottom of the laptop. Just notify him your looking for USB ports, IR ports, etc.

If you cannot actually see the laptop, you could other print out a picture of an AC adapter and glue it to a 3x5 card and put that surrounded by his card. Tell him you did not want to purchase the wrong one.
