Complete CPU Crash?

My CP a short time ago died, and i can't even get the dell Pc restore to work. any relief?

If it doesn't show the bootup screen, turn on, or toot. . .contact Dell for support. You may have a fried power supply or motherboard on your hand. -A
try f 8 first
then if needed system restore

computers what a world
i would try
1 - turn on monitor
2 - turn on computer
3 - constantly stroke f8 - located at top of your key board
4 - when unusual screen comes up - use up and down arrows on your push button board
to high pale safe mode or end know good configuration etc
5 hit enter on push button board
6 - windows should start or it will distribute options on how to start window

system restore
1- click start at bottom of screen
2 - afterwards click choose all programs
3 - afterwards click pc backing tools or could be in accessory's
4 - later click on system restore
5 - then click on restore to an before date or factory settings
6 - choose a date when it was working - or factory settings
7 - agree to it run it may take a while - follow directions - if any
8 - restart THEN CHECK STATUS
choose destructive rescue as last resort you will hold to look hard to find this remedy
i don"t know your computers options etc
BUT that's what it took to restore mine to carry settings i wanted etc
BACK UP IMPORTANT THINGS TO disc NO MATTER WHAT OPTION(S) YOU CHOOSE

after restore you need to brand name sure you have adjectives windows updates

AUTOMATIC UPDATES FIREWALL ETC

turn to start (in the blue bar)
control panel
security center
set up option
to do a manual check move about here
