I enjoy a infirm year 2000 compaq presario 700z and i notice that the tray that pops out to put dvds and cd roms

within is a bit wobbley or loose im kinda scared to put pressure on it similar to if i put in a dvd. is nearby anyway to tighten it up or even replace it with a tentative one like those cool blu gleam ones? that would be cool or u have to embezzle apart the whole laptop to do this? so any proposal would be great! thanks.

Answer:
Even a profesional wouldnt attempt this! Use it til it dies and after replace it! You try to fix it and it probably wont EVER work again!
What up?
you can replace em for around 40 dollars and all you requirement is a screwdriver... just be sure to win an IDE dvd rom or burner or whatever... if your looking at blue beam add an extra 0 ( 400 - 600 from my glass shopping and most likely you won't find and IDE compatible one)
Hope this help a little enjoy a great day and appropriate luck...
