What is needed to power a U.S. elec device within vietnam saigon?

I want to bring my U.S. spec 120v laptop to saigon.... what is needed to use my laptop within vietnam? Please let me know where on earth i can get it. I requirement laptop power while i will be away. I am visiting Vietnam.
