I enjoy an extra separator?

I own an extra partition. I'm viewing it thru the computer running. It says it's 100% free. I own no idea what it's for. . . Is it undamaging to delete it?

Answer:
Leave it alone. Without knowing what drive it's on, (usb, external, internal), don't delete it. It's extra storage space for when you find someone that knows how to sort it active, since you don't.

That's similar to buying a large tote shoulder bag, taking it home and cutting partially of it off because you don't inevitability it at the time.
Those partitions are in general for BIOS configuration or special system files. don't mess with it.

If it is scheduled as D:, you can delete it but to use that space you will need Partition Magic or something to extend your C: over that space.
could be used as a restore fence or just blank space,

It should be safe to remove, but can be used by the system as restore or whatnot,

as expected deleating it will not do any thing for you near in window it will just read aloud unalocated space, u will have to reinstall window to use that space.
