Watch video on laptop from VCR using S-Video cable?

I be wondering if it's possible to hook up my VCR to my laptop through an S-Video cable and watch the video on my laptop, a moment ago like on a TV. Is that possible?

Answer:
In most cases you would not be capable of hook your VCR into the laptop to watch on the laptop. You would know how to watch your laptop on a tv using an S-Video port on your laptop though. It really depends on the tie and model of your computer. Unless you had it custom configured and S-Video within is not common on a laptop. Your best option would be to call your computer businessman and see if your computer has a S-Video In port, but for check to see if they make a docking station or any other type of auxiliary that would allow you to use an S-Video in port. My guess would be that you are not going to know how to find a way to hook it up. Sorry for the unpromising news!
You Would Have To Have An Output S-Video Jack. Not Input
