Yes and no. There are relatively a number of compatability problems between the two, and apple recommend that you do not upgrade to Vista yet if you own the choice. They have also released an iTunes upgrade that address some of the issues, so it may or may not work for you.
Personally, I think iTunes is a spyware-riddled piece of junk. Winamp is lightweight, spyware free, and can sync with your iPod lately as well - save better - than iTunes. Best of all, it's Vista compatable.
