If I accidentally drop my battery-operated and crack it surrounded by partly, will Dell convey me a strange one?
But when I purchased by computer, I get "complete care" which I was told covers "everything but aggravated burglary or fire," including accidental breakage. I still own this coverage.

I think if you read the fine print it does not include battery.....look at your extended policy papers....or call and ask
As per adjectives the warranty terms the breakages are not covers beneath warranty.

if you bought the complete care you probably dont neet to "accidentally" drop it and crack it. but any way, im pretty sure itll cover it, you name them, the'll ask whats wrong, and they send you a contemporary one.

the battery did not crack within half because of an internal malformation
If you ever tried to open a hermetically sealed battery you would know
how rock-hard they are to break.
If you purchased with AMEX they givre an auxiliary 1 yr
will not hassle you and will pay to hold it replaced at a computer shop

You should email them and tell them and describe them that you got full coverage and if you own an online reciept send it to them for proof.
YES they should cover it if you hold complete care. I have the default 1yr warranty and they replaced my battery-operated and power brick after some short diagnostics and brief questions. I take that the complete care would cover your component even if you threw down a flight of stairs so dont worry just about who's fault it is but if you wanna be on the nontoxic side just speak about them your battery no longer works and you dont know why. Dell tend to have a desperate reputation with customer service but from my experience near them if you explain your situation they will work with you to resolve the problem. Dell truly has alot better customer service than alot of these core companys
I guess they will not do it ( coz its due to personal mishandling), but you could try and make a big fuss roughly it and hopefully they will offer you something contained by return (perhaps rebate or even a brand new piece).
