I own a Dell Inspiron laptop and in 'My Computer' at hand is this unknown Drive called 'memory_card on 'Npi954d44''. It appeared later week with unknown root. I'm pretty sure it's not a virus or spyware it doesn't look like one. When I turn on my Laptop, a pop-up balloon appears maxim something like "The 'My Computer' is unqualified to connect to Network Drives'..whatever that method? My computer is running okay despite this weird 'memory card' thingy.

It is just the memory card reader installed on your laptop from Dell. This is clearly normal!
