My laptop wont shut down or restart. how do i fix this?
Answer:
Let it shutdown by itself when the battery-operated dies.
Unplug it - remove the battery - hang around 60 seconds and reinsert the mobile. You should be fine

hold down the power button for 10 second until it shuts down then try to restart as common
press down the power button
unplug it from the power cord
and disconnect its battery.
