Does my computer enjoy nouns know-how?

I cannot bring back any sound at adjectives, I have speakers plugged into the front port - nil, tried the 3 flipside plug ports, nothing,,,, the Vol control surrounded by the bottom tool bar is busy and turned up. . . where else can I check to see if the nouns is working?

speakers are plugged into the green port. plug it there.
build sure the speakers are powered
plug the speakers into another device(such as an mp3 player) to see if it is working.

make sure the volume control is set passageway up, all of them(v.control, billow, microphone, aux in, etc.) and that the checkboxes for mute are not checked.

check also you software's volume control (e.g. WIndows Media Player) and form sure it is not muted.

if nothing else works.

Right click my computer > hardware tab > device boss

go to nouns video and game controllers.

clear sure all entries are enabled and no entry have a red "x" on it.

still not working?

might be a defective nouns card. buy a new one.
you should look at volume controlling surrounded by your computer...but they should work if the speakers are plugged in correctly...
