Any channel to attain laptop nouns working??

I've get a new toshiba laptop which i've solitary had for 3 days and already the nouns has gone!! i kno its not something stupid similar to the volume being really low or the mute person on. i'v checked every volume control part of the undamaged laptop and nothing seem amiss so i really don't understand why adjectives of a sudden the sound isn't working. it be working earlier today, but when i restarted it then, it was gone. iv tried everything i can possibly regard of, and there's no reason for it to hold stopped working. any ideas on what's wrong and how to fix it?!?!? serve would be soooo aprecciated im so frustrated cos its so neww!!

Answer:
My computer turns itself onto mute sometimes so this is what I do to fix it:

~ Go to 'Control Panel'
~ Click on 'Sounds, Speech and Audio Devices'
~ Click on 'Adjust the system volume'

This will bring up a box that shows you all the option for sound. Its probably on mute or merely turned down really low.

I enjoy a Toshiba laptop mines does the same for awhile have to get the nouns card replaced by Toshiba.
